Swigert Gives
A colorful way to fund IB
Mission: To support the IB (International Baccalaureate) program, high academic standards and a positive learning environment through educational and social programs, parent outreach, and community involvement.
The Swigert PTA is a non-profit organization that expects to raise more than $250,000 each year to fund programs and provide supplies that the school could not otherwise afford.
This money supports our IB program, specialized IB training for teachers. and our Spanish program. We also fund the school garden, additional class room supplies and paraprofessionals who help keep a lower student-to-teacher ratio. A portion of our fundraising dollars also goes to supporting our Swigert families with limited financial resources.
